The Great Northern Sale Experience

I went to SM City North EDSA to participate and experience their Great Northern Sale shopping activity. Thanks to the organizers for providing gift checks and discount card to shop and dine in their store.

During that day, I open some apps on my iPhone 4S to organize my finances. I realized that I have enough money left, just to buy a drink and for my transportation going home.

I got hungry looking for items, clothes and accessories. Instead buying some items or clothing, I decided to buy groceries inside the department store.

Practical Shopping : Groceries

I bought light soda drinks, mini cakes, native foods, tasty popcorn, soft candies, chocolate bars and seafood chips. By the time I left the department store, I sat inside the mall and eat a chocolate bar and drink a light soda.

The Block Fashion Runway

After that, I went to The Block to watch their fashion show. Special thanks to the fashion organizers for providing me in seating to the VIP section. This is my first time to take pictures on a fashion show with my iPhone 4S. I am trying my best to take pictures concerning distance and moving subject. I check the photos and everything looks fine.

After the show, I met my fellow bloggers and we strike the pose on the huge shopping bag and on the fashion ramp. It's a great experience doing shopping and enjoy the Great Northern Sale inside the SM City North EDSA.

This weekend, I am going to use my iPhone 4S to cover the activity and participate in their shopping spree. Different iOS apps will be use to check affiliated stores, create list, scan codes and to share photos.

Dinner at Banana Leaf

I have a delicious dinner last night with my family at Banana Leaf restaurant in The Podium Ortigas. Thanks to the PR group of Academy of Rock for the gift certificate.

I took pictures of the food and join them into one image using my iPhone 4S. The device captured great detail in close-up.

The new iPad is also with me and I'm doing an illustration combining a photo that I took and put it on a background image.

Last night, I attended the "Academy of Rock" launch. It's the leading rock and pop music education franchise in Asia. Their mission is to raise the musicality of the youth, enhance music appreciation through holistic learning, nurture each student's talent to maximize their potential and to provide a conductive and enjoyable environment for learning.

Academy of Rock is the first and only music education centre to ever receive the award for promising SME 2012 from Small Medium Business Association (SMBA), in Singapore.
