The Dark Knight Rises - IMAX Press Screening

Last night (July 18, 2012), I was invited by my buddy friend to watch the press screening of Batman's "The Dark Knight Rises" at the IMAX Theatre in SM Mall of Asia. The IMAX lobby is filled with Batman's huge movie posters, logos and a special movie booth. This is organized by Warner Bros. Pictures (Philippines). They served cocktails for the media, bloggers and members of the press.

Here are my photos taken last night with my iPhone 4S.

IMAX Theatre in SM Mall of Asia will open 24hrs starting today (July 19, 2012) until Monday (July 23, 2012) to give way in showing "The Dark Knight Rises".

I like Batman movies. That is why I am so excited to watch "The Dark Knight Rises" later..., and experience it on the IMAX Theater. I have no idea about the plot of the movie. Critics says that its "Epic", "Brilliant" and "Incredible".

I am going to take some snapshots inside the IMAX Theater lobby and Batman movie poster using my iPhone 4S. There is also an iOS app for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad dedicated to the motion picture. It is "TDKR: Gotham City's Most Wanted", and its now available on the App Store.

Regular showing will be on Thursday, July 19 in IMAX, 2D and regular theaters across the Philippines. In the US it will be on Friday, July 20 in IMAX. “The Dark Knight Rises” is distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures, a Warner Bros. Entertainment Company.

Yahoo! OMG! Awards 2012 at Mall of Asia Arena

This is my first time to enter the Mall of Asia "Arena", and attending the Yahoo! OMG! Awards night. Thanks to my buddy friend who provide the ticket for me. The venue is very big and filled with people, sponsors, models and snack bars.

The Amazing Spider-Man movie and Augmented Reality

Last night, my good buddy friend and I watch the Amazing Spider-Man in SM Megamall. The movie was totally amazing and totally awesome. You should watch it.

After watching the movie, I saw different Spider-Man movie posters hanging around. I open The Amazing Spider-Man AR app on my iPhone 4S and focus any of the posters. Amazing, I see Spider-Man come to life right before my very eyes.

I see Spider-Man pops out on the poster. When I tap Spider-Man, sometimes he swing through buildings or crawl up walls. Totally amazing. I can also take photos of Spider-Man in action and his amazing pose.

Watch the Amazing Spider-Man in theaters everywhere. Running time is 136 minutes (2hrs 16 minutes). Release date on June 29, 2012 (Philippines) and July 3, 2012 (USA).
